A Simple Way To Make Tracks For Sliding Doors Is By Fix Wood Strips Or Moulds On The Panels Of The Cabinet To Make A Double Groove.
Sliding doors have a different mechanism and higher chances of malfunctioning but this can be avoided by selecting the correct material for you and getting it properly fitted. Linear, fine-edged tracks are essential for door sliding smoothly. Plastic, aluminum as well as wooden tracks can be found in many stores.
While only screws are required for aluminum and plastic tracks, wooden tracks need nails as well as strong glue.
