Do the more electrons on the metal in an M-X bond mean a stronger bond?..X can be any ligand.?
Answer:
In general, no. It's the exact opposite. Especially for first-row transition metals the bonding can be described as purely ionic to a first order approximation, with the metal as the cation. So the LESS electrons on the metal the better.
There are some cases (pi-back-bonding, typically with ligands such as CO and CN-) where the metal can dump electron density back unto a ligand, but in general the fewer electrons on the metal the better the M-X bond is.

Tips For Preserving Family Values At Home With Homeschooling
The increase in families choosing the homeschool model of education is evident by the sheer number of them. Violent crimes have also increased over the last 10 years or so in US public schools. So it is understandable for parents to want to do all they can to protect their children. The desire to provide a higher quality of education to their children is an important factor for many parents. The fact is, the evidence proves that educational standards are not what they used to be in the US. What many parents like is the range of options available for choosing text books. While no particular solution is ever perfect, there are very many benefits available to both parents and children with homeschooling.
One of the metrics so many parents look at when they are considering a new school for their children is the ratio of teachers to students. The ratio of students to teachers is a prime indicator of several things including individual attention. Many public schools are overcrowded, and the teacher simply does not have time to give high quality attention. If more children received more one on one attention it would be beneficial to many of them. So of course this is a situation and concern that is removed with homeschooling. The amount of attention a homeschooled child receives can be adjusted as necessary for that child. That alone can make all the difference in a child's success with learning any subject. When a parent chooses to educate their child they are making the choice to take more time with abstract lessons which include character formation. You won't get that kind of time or focus on this critical area in a private or public school. Because parents (or single parent), are not involved in their child/children's public schooling this situation is often compounded for the students of public schools. Very fast paces is how many of us would describe our current life situations. Parents who choose to homeschool are able to address these situations with ease, help build their child's character and provide a sound education for them too.
