i think im very very fat?
im 15, xxxlarge clothes, 21stone and im extremely fat. heres my past weeks diet, i know its awful, but i cant break the habbit
Monday-
breakfast-egg, toast, bacon
Lunch-pasta,dough balls, garlic bread
Dinner-chicken tikka, masala, mushrooms, potatoes, onions
Tuesday-
Breakfast-weetabix x5, milk, toast
Lunch-chicken, bacon, sausage, egg sandwiches x 4
Dinner-chicken and mushroom pizza, beeans, meatfeast pizza
wednesday-
Breakfast-weetabix x 5, mushrooms, bacon + egg sandwich x 2
Lunch- roasted lamb, potatoes, runner beans, carrots
Dinner-Chicken tikka masala, mushrooms, potatoes, chicken tikka
Thursday-
Breakfast-full english
lunch-sweet and sour chicken
Dinner-chinese (all starters only)
Friday-
breakfast-weetabix x3, full english (no tomatoes, hash brown)
Lunch-All day breakfast raps x 6
Dinner-extra large cod x 2 and chips
Saturday-
Breakfast-2x bowls of cornflakes, weetabix x 4

Well at least you know you have a problem with food, that's the first step, good on ya. Next you need to try and understand why you feel the need to eat so much. Best bit of advice I can give you is to join a slimming club. I know, really scary esp as you are so young, so perhaps ask a family member or good friend to go with you for support. They give good advice, are not snobby in any way and are there to help you. If you often feel hungry, try slimming world as they have some foods which are unlimited. Try it, what have you to lose...except weight?
